ABSTRACT :

Aloe vera is sometimes called the “miracle” or “wonder” plant because of the gel inside its fleshy leaves and has been used by humans to treat different diseases for centuries. Medicinal uses and uses of the main species, Aloe vera (L.) Burm. F. Often attributed to immunomodulatory or antioxidant activity. Our work in Vera began with the isolation of anthraquinone and continued with the purification. Natural treatments are more popular because they are safer and have fewer side effects than synthetic treatments. There is a growing demand for herbal preparations in the commercial world. Current research suggests that aloe vera, rose water, glycerine, soap-based almond oil, olive oil, etc. It includes the development and analysis of herbal facial treatments. Although there are many types of herbal medicines available in the market for acne treatment, our goal is to create herbal medicines without using synthetic ingredients. Ma king an herbal face wash with aloe vera is a good thing to try. The leaves of this beautiful plant contain many vitamins, minerals, natural sugars, enzymes, amino acids and many bioactive compounds with emollient, laxative, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. It has antifungal, aphrodisiac, antiseptic and cosmetic value. Although the instructions for use may differ, the results cannot be determined without clinical studies. The oldest and most widely used plant in the world is aloe vera, also known as Ghritkumari. It is a member of the Xanthorrhoeaceae family (APG III System, 2009). Since Rigveda’s time, aloe vera root has been utilized for therapeutic and health-related uses. Aloe vera can be used for many health purposes such as treating burns, wounds and frostbite; protect skin from X-ray damage; against stomach, gastric and blood cancer; and for high- and low-density lipoprotein (HDL).

ABSTRACT :

Nowadays, growing medicinal and aromatic plants (MAP) is not only advised in order to prevent wild plant gathering, but it also serves as a safeguard for the survival of damaged, disease-free plants from which disease-free seeds are unlikely to develop. It is also a strong industrial branch that provides quality raw materials to the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food sectors. Many issues pertaining to the production, marketing, and fluctuating costs of small, medium, and big goods are encountered in the general cultivation of medicinal plants, which are primarily regarded as secondary crops. The herbal sector accepts Cultivation MAP information since it facilitates the estimation of plant quality, quality, and chemical content—particularly when contrasted to wild goods. The risk of plant misidentification and adulteration is removed when using farmed MAP data. The outcomes of chemical farming are contrasted with those of normal farming, which makes use of pesticides, fertilizers, specialized equipment, and techniques to manage insects, vermin, and insect stings. Low-cost monoammonium monophosphate cultivation is necessary to generate competitive, high-quality food from wild plants on the global market. The most frequent problems encountered by herbalists are financial, related to access and quantity of wildlife, the agricultural environment, energy and expenses, technological investment, post-harvest processing, and production results. The creation of superior plants depends on having ideal genotypes.

ABSTRACT :

A wound is a physical and functional reaction that occurs in the skin after an injury. The intricate process of restoring or repairing tissue after an injury is known as wound healing. A wound occurs when tissues that are alive, including skin, mucous membranes, and organs. An injury triggers a coordinated series of events that normally results in wound healing. The alleviate cascade occurs This causes platelets to accumulate and release the clotting process, eventually forming a fibrin clot at the site of injury. The fibrin clot acts as a cross-linking matrix, creating a framework for action during healing. A significant chunk of the world-wide medicinal market is made up of plant materials and herbs are important in many treatments. Throughout history, people have used plants and plant components to treat and control various ailments. Many kinds of biopolymers are currently being studied in order to create a stable, affordable, long lasting and efficient delivery system for wound care.

ABSTRACT :

Sustainable chemistry, also referred to as Green chemistry refers to the development of chemical products and processes that reduce or eliminate the demand for hazardous materials.. Environmentally friendly chemical processes and products are their area of expertise. Its twelve guiding principles can be applied to create or duplicate dust particles, accessories, vaccinations, and procedures that are healthier, cleaner, and safer for human health. Green chemistry lessens theinfluence of chemical technologies and procedures, as the content demonstrates. The aim of this research is to learn more about the role of catalysts in the herbal mixture in creating the future. Catalysis is an important factor in the combination of new environmentally friendly materials and composites. The energy required for the catalytic process to produce small particles, aggregates, and additional waste points indicates efficiency. Catalysts that will not harm the soil can be created. Catalysts are available in many different shapes and forms, some of which are useful in the pharmaceutical industry.

ABSTRACT :

Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of different drugs in adults and children are particularly heterogeneous in the latter. The differences between pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics prove unique studies but give rise to many ethical and practical issues. The main problems to be overcome when conducting clinical studies in children are the impact of the procedures and problems in patient recruitment. In general, the associated pain/anxiety and blood failure preclude pharmacokinetic studies in children, especially infants and young children. Population-based approaches based on pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic models are particularly attractive in children because these models can produce heterogeneous data. Quantitative/qualitative evaluation of the effects of studies on dose mixing and social interactions in societies and factors that may explain individual differences were noted.

Regulation as well as guarantee of excellence are the primary considerations .for the production, marketing, and distribution of pharmaceutical goods in order to guarantee their efficacy, safety, strength, and purity. The worldwide methods for evaluating the amount of residual solvents and different inorganic and organic contaminants in pharmaceuticals are briefly reviewed here. Due to national and international requirements, it is now required to provide both the purity profile and the impurity profile of a certain pharmaceutical product. Along with the importance of pharmaceutical quality, efficacy, and safety, these factors are also discussed, along with the types, sources, and controls of impurities as well as regulatory issues. .These days, providing both an impurity profile and a purity profile is required of a specific pharmaceutical product as a result of regional, national, and worldwide laws. These elements that are important in addition to the effectiveness, safety, and quality of pharmaceuticals, such as the types of impurities, their sources, their controls, and their regulatory aspects are talked about requirements to implement any nation’s medical system is the availability of essential medications in good quality, since substandard medications possess the capacity to do harm or even death of patients. Existence of undesirable substances in a specific medication even in minute concentration could impact its effectiveness and safety. Thus, quality use of pharmaceuticals has been a global concern that is currently receiving critical consideration from oversight bodies.[1]
