Night-flowering jasmine, or Nyctanthes arbor-tristis, has long been utilized in a variety of traditional medicines due to its immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory qualities. This study aims to investigate the potential anti-rheumatoid arthritis (RA) activity of bioactive compounds derived from Nyctanthes arbor-tristis using In silico methods. R.A. is a chronic inflammatory disorder identified by immune system dysregulation, leading to joint damage and disability. This In silico study provides a preliminary understanding of the molecular interactions and supports the traditional use of Nyctanthes arbor-tristis in managing rheumatoid arthritis. Further experimental validation and clinical studies are recommended to confirm these findings and explore the therapeutic potential of these compounds in RA treatment
