The objective of the Skin Care Routine Support System is to assist people by giving advice on how to take care of their facial skin. As different skin types need distinct routines, so too do they. People must be knowledgeable about the combination of skin conditions in order to define their skin type. If a person is unable to identify their mixed skin condition and lacks a fundamental knowledge of skin symptoms, it may be difficult for them to analyze their skin type. As a remedy, we are using the knowledge base to create a decision support system for skin care routines. Based on data from the user about their environment, age, gender, sleeping plan, and problems with their skin, the algorithm can estimate their skin type. Lack knowledge of skin signs and lack the ability to identify their combined skin condition. As a remedy, we have proposed utilizing the knowledge base to create a decision support system for skin care routines. Based on the users input on their skin problems, age, gender, sleeping schedule, and environment, the method can determine their skin type. The type of skin will be decided depending on the maximum rate by processing the user input using a set of score rules. The principles are formed based on general observation from the web, scientific article, and books. Following the completion of the skin type assessment process, the user is given advice and information about common chemical components that they should stay away from. Testing will be done on two different kinds of correspondence expert and public user. The public user will be used to test the systems functioning and skill, while professionals will provide the content, rules, and output. Planned outcomes for the feedback include the system helping the user identify their skin type and providing information to help them choose the right plan and product.
