Various diagnostic methods, particularly Doppler ultrasound, are discussed for their effectiveness in evaluating the condition severity and guiding treatment decisions. Treatment strategies include conservative approaches, such as compression therapy and lifestyle changes, alongside interventional methods like sclerotherapy, endovenous laser treatment, and surgical procedures.
